Sometimes customers have specific jobs they have in mind, perhaps that have been mentioned by estate agents, friends or family, or even prospective buyers. On other occasions I'm happy to visit the property, list all the items that I feel are in need of attention, and then work with you to prioritise these, so we can see which are most likely to be a potential "barrier to selling", and which are likely to be the most affordable or the quickest to solve. That way, we can work together to achieve the best possible result, even when limited time or money is available.
If work is required in specialist areas beyond my capabilities (e.g. boiler repairs, plastering), I can coordinate a team of specialist tradesmen to complete the work on your behalf, so you only have one point of contact to worry about - me. I only work with people I know and trust, and who I believe will do a good quality job.
As you can see in more detail elsewhere on my web site, I am fully insured, and police checked, so you can have complete peace of mind when it comes to entrusting the keys to your property with me.
