Sometimes the work is ad-hoc, one-off problems that need to be solved, sometimes it involves regular maintenance of a specific issue (e.g. a high traffic area that needs painting every year, a garden area that needs regular maintenance during certain times of the year, etc).
Where need be, I can arrange for work to be carried out outside "normal office hours" if that is preferable.
If work is required in specialist areas beyond my capabilities (e.g. boiler repairs, plastering), I can coordinate a team of specialist tradesmen to complete the work on your behalf, so you only have one point of contact to worry about - me. I only work with people I know and trust, and who I believe will do a good quality job.
As you can see in more detail elsewhere on my web site, I am fully insured, and police checked, so you can have complete peace of mind from a security perspective.
