I'm usually booked up a month or so in advance (but if you have an urgent job, it's always worth contacting me anyway).
Although I started out on my own as a "sole trader", I now have a small "virtual team".
Some of them run specialist businesses of their own (e.g. plasterers, bricklayers or plumbers), and I call them in to
help out on specific jobs or parts of jobs, always under my supervision.
Others are "extra pairs of hands" who I call in on a part-time/occasional basis to help get through
the volume of work. Who I call in will depend on the nature of the work and the skills of the person involved,
but in all cases I will always be on-site to supervise, unless I have made other specific arrangements with you, the customer, in advance.

Writing this in darkest November in the middle of the worst storms of the year (so far?!?), Spring seems a long way off. However, the diary is pretty much full
until the middle of January, and I'm working on a patio quote for the Spring already. Still plenty of time for some decorating etc before then, though...
